GPU usage drops down 0 percent and game starts to stutter.

Hey guys, I recently bought a new pc and while playing games(DCS and son of the forest) my GPU usage drops to 0 percent and game starts to stutter, PC specs are i3-12100 with Msi pro b660m-e, 16GB 3200 MHZ single stick ram and RX 570 4GB, Max temperatures while gaming were 83c and 42-45 while doing nothing, Ran furmark 1080 (FHD) preset, Any idea how can i fix it?
