FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW MANY SYSTEMS I CAN BRING.
One per person and once in 60 days.
CAN I DELIVER MY SYSTEM TO THE SELLER.
It is not recommended. The services are only available in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. We don’t suggest you to send your PC to another city.
LAPTOP OR GPU SERVICE.
At the moment laptop and GPU service is not eligible. Only PC and CPU Thermal Paste can be changed.
WHAT IF THE SELLER REFUSE.
There is nothing you can do but, these stores have promised us to provide these services for free. Please don’t be the burden on them. It is recommended to ask for the reservation first or the slot.
SOME STORES CAN'T PROVIDE MUCH.
There is one or two stores that have asked that they would be only helping in the cleaning process and changing the thermal paste but wouldn’t be helping in diagnosing or troubleshooting. e.g GAMAZONE.
I DON'T WANT ANY OF THE PERKS.

Please note that these services offered in association with PPG are not timed and you can avail them as long as the vendor is mentioned here.
In order to actually avail this service, you simply need to show this page at the time of service.
However, it is imperative that you book an appointment ahead of time to avoid causing any inconvenience to the vendor, as they are offering these services as a form of goodwill for the PPG community.
It is crucial that you get your system serviced in front of yourself as PPG administration or the seller will not be responsible for any form of damage.
